New single ‘Ti si moja sudbina’

We have a new single and music video, “Ti si moja sudbina”, released by Scardona. We will perform it at Večeri dalmatinske pisme – Kaštelanski đir, in Kaštel Kambelovac this summer.

The music, as usual, is by Vicko Dragojević, the lyrics were written by one of the greatest Croatian songwriters, the great Krste Juras (Dalmacija u mom oku, Šibenska balada, Dva su zrna grožđa, Samo moru virujen…), while the arrangement is by Vicko Dragojević together with Hrvoje Domazet, who also recorded, mixed and mastered the song. A video was shot for the song, directed by Dominik Miljak, and interestingly, Dubrovnik tourists took part in the video, singing the words of the song with us on the Stradun and on the city walls.

Ahead of the release of the new single, Vicko Dragojević said: “The first single of this summer is here – we hope we have a real summery, cheerful song that will be sung all over Dalmatia. With this song we have begun a collaboration with the great Krste Juras, who has decades of hits known to everyone behind him, songs sung by every generation! When shooting the video we decided to involve tourists from all over the world, and they embraced it wholeheartedly. So singing with us were Colleen McCallum, Victoria Tu and Felix Lui, as well as Ryan and Alexis Diehl – tourists from all over the world who got to grips with pronouncing the words. It was great fun, and we believe they took away from Dubrovnik a memory to last a lifetime.”
