Performances at Bled in Slovenia

Klapa Kaše also sang at the occasional gift concert from Dubrovnik to Bled. The Dubrovnik Tourist Board was a guest at Bled, where Municipality Day, which is marked on 10 April, was celebrated. Alongside us, klapa Ragusa and the group DaRiva also performed.

The Dubrovnik Tourist Board organised three presentations at which it presented Dubrovnik’s tourism offer, with special midday and joint afternoon performances by the klapas and stands with promotional materials on the terrace of Vila Prešern along the Lake Bled promenade and on the café terrace of Hotel Park, and attracted great attention from Slovenians and the many visitors to this beautiful Slovenian tourist destination.

This is the third time that klapa Kaše has performed in neighbouring Slovenia. During one of the performances at Bled, the klapa was drawn by Mrs Melita Vook, which was a special surprise for the members. The Mayor of the Municipality of Bled, Janez Fajfar, also presented klapa Kaše with an occasional certificate of appreciation as a memento of the successful performance.
